• License Grant: We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the technology provided to you for the purpose for which it was sold, subject to the terms of this agreement. The rights granted to you are limited to the scope defined in the agreement.
• License Restrictions: You may not:
  • Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the technology.
  • Distribute, rent, lease, sublicense, or otherwise transfer the technology to third parties without our written consent.
  • Use the technology for unlawful purposes or in a manner that violates any applicable laws or regulations.

• Ownership: All intellectual property related to the art, including any modifications, enhancements, or derivative works, remains the exclusive property of Bisque N Co Crafts. However, once you purchase our product or service, the intellectual property rights to the specific technology or product you have bought are transferred to you, subject to the terms of this agreement.
• No Transfer of Ownership: You understand that while you will own the purchased art, you do not own the underlying intellectual property (e.g., code, algorithms, or patents) created by Bisque N Co Crafts.

• Pricing: All prices for products and services are specified on our website or through contractual agreements. Prices are subject to change, but once agreed upon in a contract, the price is fixed for the term of the contract.
• No Cancellation Fees: You may cancel your service at any time. However, there are no cancellation fees, and you will still be required to pay for any services or products provided up until the point of cancellation.
• No Refund Policy: All sales are final, and we do not offer refunds under any circumstances, including but not limited to dissatisfaction with the product, change of mind, or cancellation of service. You agree to pay for the full price of the products or services as stated in the contract or invoice.

• Support Services: Bisque N Co Crafts provides support services for the products and services purchased, as outlined in the service agreement or separate support contract.
• Maintenance: We may update, upgrade, or modify the products or services at our discretion. Updates or upgrades are typically provided as part of the ongoing service. However, we do not guarantee specific update schedules or the provision of all feature requests.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate, up-to-date information required to use our services.
• Maintain the confidentiality of any account information and login credentials.
• Use our services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Not attempt to misuse, disrupt, or interfere with the performance of the technology or services.

• No Warranty: Bisque N Co Crafts does not guarantee that the products or services will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted. We provide the technology "as is," without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
• Limitation of Liability: Bisque N Co Crafts’s total liability to you, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific product or service that gave rise to the liability in the past 12 months.
• Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold Bisque N Co Crafts harmless from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your use of the services or any violation of these Terms.

• Termination by Bisque N Co Crafts: We may terminate or suspend your access to our services if we believe you have violated these Terms, or if we are required to do so by law or regulation.
• Termination by You: You may terminate your use of our services at any time by ceasing to use our products and notifying us. Upon termination, you will still be responsible for any outstanding payments due.

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy (linked), which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your data. By using our services, you consent to the practices described in our Privacy Policy.

Bisque N Co Crafts will not be held liable for any failure or delay in the performance of our obligations if such failure or delay is due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, or government regulations.

• Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States.
• Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising under these Terms will be resolved through mediation in the United States, and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
